BRAIN STORMING EXERCISE
Five minutes a day pull out a blank sheet of paper. At
the top of the paper write clearly and simply your primary goal and favorite
Where do you stand in relation to the best skiers?
What skills do they possess that make them the best?
Now brainstorm all the ways in which you will achieve these goals. Think
of ways you can improve your schedule during the day to allow for more
time to work towards your primary goal. Do not hold back any ideas. This
is your time to actually use your mind to improve your training. No
idea is a stupid idea!
